We would rather publish less than publish something that cannot be defended. Nothing on this site is a percentile until the underlying sample justifies one.

Insider Profile Index

The Insider Profile Index is a 0–100 figure derived only from the responses you submitted. It combines how complete your benchmark is with the breadth and depth your answers describe across six dimensions.

It is not a comparison against other people. It is not a percentile, a ranking or a score of professional quality.

When a statistically meaningful verified dataset exists for your function, region and seniority, the interface changes from Insider Profile Index to Industry Percentile and the sample size for each comparison is displayed alongside it.

Anonymity thresholds

Minimum sample

Comparisons are withheld until a segment holds enough verified responses to prevent re-identification.

Segment suppression

Regional or functional splits that are too small to protect respondents are not shown, even in aggregate.

Free text isolation

Open-text responses are never attached to identity, and are never sent to advertising or analytics pixels.
